ITIL Foundation (Version 5) Training
ITIL Foundation (Version 5) introduces candidates to the key concepts of digital product and service management
It provides an overview of the ITIL framework, including the ITIL Guiding Principles, core models, and fundamental concepts
ITIL Foundation (Version 5) enables candidates to understand how value is co-created through the effective management of products and services
It also explains how the ITIL framework has evolved to support modern technologies,
data-driven decision-making, automation, artificial intelligence, and contemporary ways of working
Pre-Requisites:
There are no formal pre-requisites for ITIL Foundation (Version 5) Training. The ITIL Foundation (Version 5) Certification is intended as a basic credential and does not require any particular experience or qualification. This course will add value to any professional, interested in gaining a foundational comprehension of Digital Product and Service Management.
Exam Details:
Exam Duration: 60 Minutes
No. of Questions: 40
Provisional Pass Mark: 65% [Need to get 26 questions correct (65%), to pass the exam]
Material Allowed: None [This is a ‘closed book’ exam]
The ITIL Foundation (Version 5) examination is intended to assess whether a candidate can demonstrate sufficient recall and understanding of the ITIL framework, to be awarded the ITIL Foundation qualification.
