Cancellations and Refunds Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy below:

## Cancellations
– You may cancel your enrollment within 7 days of registration or before accessing any course content, whichever is earlier.
– To request a cancellation, email us at [support@skillnext.com](mailto:support@skillnext.com) with your order details.

## Refunds
– If your cancellation request meets the above conditions, you will receive a full refund within 7–10 business days.
– No refunds will be issued once course content is accessed or after 7 days of purchase.
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

## Non-refundable Items
– Promotional or discounted purchases are non-refundable.
– Certification exam fees (if paid separately) are non-refundable once booked.
